will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirming email (or FAX if

If you are unable to attend the seminar after registering, you may attend the next offering of the same seminar on a stand-by, space permitting basis. Usually, 2 or 3 seats are available for this purpose at each seminar. If for any reason beyond the control of D. C. Smith Consultants, the seminar cannot be held, responsibility will be limited to refund of the seminar fee. It is suggested that you make hotel reservations, if needed, early as the rooms fill up well in advance of the seminar.
