Predicting Field Failure From Small Environmental Stresses

Abstract: This Technical Tidbit covers how small environmental stresses can cause circuit failures if repeated thousands of times. Such events are very frequent in the field and can cause equipment failure. A case example is described. This is a reprint of a paper I published at DesignCon in January of 2019.
